Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Member to join our team at Karizma Konnect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is an asset.
