Operations Management – Oversee daily shift operations, including food preparation, service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. Team Supervision – Lead, train, and motivate team members during the shift to ensure productivity and smooth functioning. Customer Service – Handle guest queries/complaints promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Cash & Inventory Control – Manage cash handling, billing, stock usage, and ensure accurate shift reports. Compliance & Safety – Ensure staff follow hygiene, safety, and company policies while maintaining a positive work environment.
