Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Team Manager. The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and mentoring team members, and ensuring the achievement of financial goals. They will develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes. Additionally, the Team Manager will be responsible for conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and consultancy
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals
• Proven track record in conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
