Team Manager - FC&A

Role Overview: As the Lead FP&A, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a large and complex project. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to ensure the successful execution and financial performance of the project. Additionally, you will be in charge of continuous variance monitoring and related analytics to management for a seamless and cost-efficient delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts for the project, cost estimates, and capital expenditure requirements. - Create and manage the project budget, monitor expenditures, track variances, and ensure alignment with financial goals and project milestones. - Conduct regular financial performance analysis, including variance analysis, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve project performance. - Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual updates, to senior management and project stakeholders. - Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports, implement and oversee cost control measures, and identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies. - Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct financial audits and reviews as needed, lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, and foster a collaborative environment while providing guidance on financial analysis and reporting. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - CPA or CFA certification is a plus. - Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders. - Leadership experience in leading and mentoring a team of financial analysts.
