Team Manager - FC&A

Your role as a Finance Compliance & Accounts professional based in Mumbai will involve the following responsibilities: - Approval/validation of preshipment/postshipment documents and coordination with banks for handling exceptional documents, especially in domestic operations. - Ensuring internal controls are in place for processing, completeness, and accuracy of transactions. - Supervising, controlling, and coordinating with team members and executives to execute day-to-day transaction processing, meeting KPIs as per SLA/OLA. - Responding to various audit queries and finalizing audit reports. - Ensuring timely closure of monthly activities such as export billing, export benefit accounting, reconciliation of billing vs. STO before the monthly closing date/time. - Liaising with banks, CHAs, shipping companies, consulate offices, and custom ports for smooth day-to-day operations. - Performing data analysis and providing timely and accurate information on various transactions. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate with higher education Experience needed: - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience at RIL. Skills and Competencies: Knowledge: - Proficiency in SAP/Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Reasonable knowledge of commercial and accounting principles, customs procedures, direct and indirect taxation, excise/TDS/service tax, and EXIM processes - Basic legal knowledge Skills: - Strong analytical skills - Effective planning and prioritization skills - Excellent communication skills This job offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in finance compliance and accounts while contributing to the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.,
