Team Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving growth and meeting the sales targets on a monthly basis by effectively managing a sales team. Your main focus will be on managing recruitment, setting objectives, providing coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales team members. The ultimate goal is to establish and nurture strong and long-lasting customer relationships to enhance the potential referral business of your team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a sales team to ensure they meet or exceed targets consistently - Recruit new team members and set clear objectives for them - Provide coaching and performance monitoring to enhance the team's performance - Build and promote strong customer relationships to increase referral business - Utilize your strong business sense and at least 1 year of timeshare industry experience Qualifications Required: - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager - Minimum 1 year of experience in the timeshare industry with a strong business sense - Graduation degree - Proficiency in required languages as per the region - Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales B2C, with a total of 5 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Company Details: This position reports to the Branch Manager/Regional Manager. The compensation includes a salary as per industry standards along with incentives and travel allowance benefits.
