Team Lead/Senior Human Resource Executive(Recruitment)-Jodhpur

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead/Senior Executive HR Recruitment with 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to healthcare recruitment, engage with stakeholders, provide strategic advisory, and excel in reporting and analytics using MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities-

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with COO’s and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Advisory & Strategy

• Advise on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong proficiency in creating and delivering presentations and MS Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and providing strategic recruitment advisory.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of current market trends in Healthcare recruitment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
