Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of AV labelling associates or analysts.
Ensure accurate labelling and categorization of audio-visual content according to defined guidelines.
Review team output for quality, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
Identify process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate with project managers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders for smooth workflow.
Track team performance metrics, provide feedback, and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
Assist in training new team members and updating team knowledge on new labelling guidelines or tools.
Address operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary to management.
