Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Team Lead/Quality Lead specializing in lead generation. The responsibilities include overseeing and managing the quality of lead generation processes, conducting audits and quality control, ensuring adherence to company standards, and optimizing team performance. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, analyzing quality data, and implementing improvement strategies to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for performance monitoring and process improvements
• Experience in Quality Assurance practices to ensure high standards in outcomes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results
• Prior experience in lead generation or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline
