Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling RMs of the assigned branch.
Achieving Gold loan targets by making the team productive in all aspects of business.
Conducting Training, mentoring the RM, CBE and branch staff. Co-ordination with BM to increase volume.
Responsibility includes maintaining good relationship with entire branches assigned, conducting local R&R, contests within the pre approved budget. Generate business in line with the Goal sheet assigned. Convincing customers on big calls.
Taking responsibility of good customer service, arranging of valuers, solving any issue and risks associated with Gold loan in the assigned branches.
Bringing to notice any people issues, co-ordination related things to ASM / NSM.
Ensuring MM activities carried out regularly in the assigned branch.
Job entails constant travelling to the branches.
