Team Leader

Experience Required:

2–3 Years of experience in Insurance Process
Must have prior team-handling experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of associates working in the insurance process (health/life/general insurance).
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of team targets (TAT/accuracy/quality).
• Monitor individual performance and provide coaching/feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal reviews.
• Handle client communication and ensure SLA adherence.
• Resolve escalations, queries, and coordinate with internal departments.
• Conduct regular team huddles and training refreshers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of insurance products/processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
• Ability to manage team KPIs and motivate staff
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (preferably commerce or insurance-related background)

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience and interview performance)

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts (including weekends, if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
