Job Description

Experience Required:

2–3 Years of experience in Insurance Process
Must have prior team-handling experience

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a team of associates working in the insurance process (health/life/general insurance).
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of team targets (TAT/accuracy/quality).
Monitor individual performance and provide coaching/feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal reviews.
Handle client communication and ensure SLA adherence.
Resolve escalations, queries, and coordinate with internal departments.
Conduct regular team huddles and training refreshers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Key Skills:

Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of insurance products/processes
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
Ability to manage team KPIs and motivate staff
Problem-solving and conflict resolution

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (preferably commerce or insurance-related background)

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience and interview performance)

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts (including weekends, if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
