Experience Required: 2–3 Years of experience in Insurance Process Must have prior team-handling experience Job Responsibilities: Manage a team of associates working in the insurance process (health/life/general insurance). Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of team targets (TAT/accuracy/quality). Monitor individual performance and provide coaching/feedback. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal reviews. Handle client communication and ensure SLA adherence. Resolve escalations, queries, and coordinate with internal departments. Conduct regular team huddles and training refreshers. Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
