Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our sales & operations team. The TL will be responsible for guiding team members, ensuring targets are achieved, and maintaining smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales/operations executives. Assign tasks and monitor performance to achieve monthly & quarterly targets. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments. Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management. Resolve team and customer escalations effectively. Maintain discipline, quality standards, and team spirit. Requirements: Proven experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor in B2B, Sales, or Marketplace environment. Strong leadership, communication & motivational skills. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Generate new business opportunities and onboard clients on the Easy Export Plazza platform. Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
