🔹 Key Responsibilities : Acquire new clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and references in the Noida region. Schedule and conduct client meetings to showcase residential and commercial property options. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain updated records of all client interactions and leads in the company’s CRM system. Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and service. Convert potential clients currently exploring competitor projects into our customers. Provide expert real estate consultancy for buying, selling, and renting properties—serving both individuals and corporates. Act as a trusted intermediary between buyers and sellers during property negotiations. Coordinate closely with internal departments and team members to optimize sales performance. Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and deliver excellent post-sales service. ✅ Who Can Apply: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
