Job Description

We are looking for experienced and dedicated candidates with 2 to 8 years of experience to handle international inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in German language (B2/C1/C2 level) and at least 2 years of experience in voice or chat support.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle international inbound calls from customers who want to place orders and respond to inquiries.
Provide timely and professional solutions to customer queries via phone or chat.
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously update knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in voice or chat support, preferably in an international BPO setting.
Strong proficiency in the German language (B2/C1/C2 level).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Experience working in a team environment and achieving sales targets is preferred.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
Key Skills: CCE, TL, German, Calling, Chat, Customer Care Consultant, Walk-in.
