The ideal candidate must have strong experience in telecalling sales, especially in the credit card domain, and should be capable of motivating and guiding a team to achieve sales targets consistently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of credit card sales telecallers Monitor daily sales performance and report to management Train new team members and ensure consistent performance Drive team motivation and maintain discipline Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above Proven experience in credit card or telecalling sales (at least 1–2 years) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and deliver results Goal-oriented mindset with team management capabilities
