Team Lead Counselling- UK
We are looking to hire a Team Leader who has some team leading experience too. This role would entail you to lead a team of 6-8 members.
JD is below:
· Responsible for imparting end to end training to the counsellors on existing & new product initiatives & ensure accurate information is provided to the students.
· Must have in-depth knowledge about a particular destination (UK)
· Supervise counselling & help counsellors to handle difficult students.
. Should have end to end experience in UK counselling, which includes counselling, application process and visa processing,
· Ensure counsellors follow up with the customers as per the criticality of the leads generated.
· Maintain applications, visa, and commission invoicing information for students.
Handling a team of 5-6 members (Counsellors)
Creating and maintaining contacts with key external stakeholders in the market
Skills Required:
· Graduate/ Postgraduate with 6-8 years of relevant work experience in overseas education industry
· Vibrant, energetic, self-starter.
· Excellent written & verbal communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
