Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of US Travel Sales Executives handling inbound/outbound
PPC campaign calls
.
Drive
sales performance
by coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Personally handle escalated calls and close high-value sales (flights, hotels, holiday packages, ancillary services).
Ensure
maximum conversion rate
on PPC-generated leads and inbound calls.
Maintain strong knowledge of
fares, routings, airline policies
, and ensure accurate information delivery.
Track team KPIs, prepare daily/weekly performance reports, and implement sales improvement strategies.
Conduct regular training sessions for
sales techniques, GDS usage, and customer handling skills
.
Collaborate with senior management for
process optimization, incentive planning, and campaign strategies
.

Required Candidate Profile:

Minimum 7 years’ experience
in
US Flight Sales (Voice Process)
, including at least
2 years in a team leader/managerial role/Similar role
Strong background in
PPC campaign calls
and ability to drive high call-to-sale conversion.
Proficient in
GDS systems
(Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan).
Excellent English communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred).
Target-driven, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work in
US shifts (6 PM – 3 AM)
.
