Key Responsibilities

• Lead global banking infrastructure initiatives across 3M’s treasury operations.
• Oversee administration and optimization of

  bank portals

  Kyriba

  treasury management system.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to ensure secure and efficient banking operations.
• Drive automation, standardization, and compliance across treasury systems and processes.

• Lead and support SOX audits

  , ensuring full compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• CA/MBA

  from a top tier institution

• 10–14 years of relevant treasury experience

  , with deep expertise in banking infrastructure.
• Proven track record in

  bank portal administration

  ,

  Kyriba

  configuration and management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in

  leading SOX audits

  and ensuring audit readiness.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
