Job Description

  1. Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Measuring Process training for MetLife GCC Operations.
  2. Lead, coach & Mentor the process trainers for delivery effectiveness & efficiency.
  3. Ensure CMMI adherence across the processes handled (when applicable for the site).
  4. Quest for Process improvement - Improved Quality, Throughput, Reduced TAT, mapping to Operational requirements.
  5. Training Needs Identification, Analysis and Planning Refresher Training Methodology and Calendar.
  6. Mitigate risk, enhance communication and governance across.
  7. Build backup team/s for business continuity & cost reduction.
  8. Partner with operation teams to address training needs & review for effectiveness through planned review meetings.
  9. Responsible for hiring, certification and productivity of new trainers / subject matter experts.
  10. Ensuring effective Knowledge Transfer during Migrations - Training Material, Training Methodology, Monitoring Progress.
  11. Establishing the Knowledge Management Framework for existing processes.
  12. Plan and execute annual re-certification of Trainers and Associates.
  13. Participate and lead various knowledge management initiatives, as needed.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible to mirror / overlap US Daytime work hours
  • Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems
  • Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement
  • Document creation like SOPs, SIPOCs and Process Maps
  • Excellent Ms Suite knowledge and good analytical bend of mind & receptiveness to change ; Knowledge of Power platforms will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective and concise writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching & Feedback skills
  • Ability to hold the interest and attention of those seeking training
  • Strong interpersonal skills (independence and confidence to present views and perspectives).
  • TTT and NLP certification will be preferred
