Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of banking process associates. Ensure adherence to banking regulations and compliance standards. Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes. Conduct training sessions for new team members. Qualifications- : Any graduate can apply.
