Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ability to handle a team of 10 -15 members.
Prepare and Monitor processreports such as Productivity, Target scorecards, Weekly reports and Monthlyreports, etc. and send them to the management.
Prepare progress reports forteam members encourage them to achieve the salestargets and give positive feedback for any improvement.
Monitor the performance ofthe team, recommending and implementing changes to the way in which the teamoperates to improve quality and process efficiency.
Ability to managechallenging situations and go the extra mile.
Ability to effectivelycollaborate within the team.
Ability to handleescalations and diffuse crisis situations.

Skills Required:

Excellent coaching skills. Strong people management and leadership skills. GoodInterpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels includingpresentation and public speaking skills.
Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability tomanage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
Ability to work in afast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent MIS and analyticalskills
