Job Summary:

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of telecallers, ensuring daily productivity and target achievement.
• Plan and allocate leads, monitor calls, and track individual and team performance.
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team.
• Ensure all team members maintain quality communication and follow the sales process effectively.
• Handle escalated customer queries or complaints with professionalism and quick resolution.
• Analyze call reports and conversion data to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns, offers, and lead generation efforts.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and boost morale.
• Maintain a positive and motivating environment focused on achieving collective goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3

  –4 years of experience

  in telesales or telemarketing, with at least 2 year in a team-lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in

  English

  and regional languages (Tamil/Telugu/Hindi) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and daily reporting.
