Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader Steel Structure Design, based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include leading a team of designers and engineers in steel structure design projects, managing project timelines, coordinating and reviewing structural designs, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with clients, fostering team development, and providing technical guidance as needed to achieve project objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and mentor team members effectively
• Experience in Project Management to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Expertise in Product and Steel Structure Design to lead technical aspects of projects
• Proficient Communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and proficiency in engineering software tools
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards; prior experience in steel structure projects is advantageous
