Team Leader- Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of commercial real estate projects in Noida.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and corporates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Conduct site visits and negotiations with potential buyers.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sales (Real Estate industry only).
• Strong client network in Noida & Delhi-NCR real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage high-value transactions and corporate clientele.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
