Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Leader with a proven background in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales expertise.


Key Responsibilities

-Lead, manage, and inspire a team of sales executives to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

-Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.

-Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.

-Track and analyze sales pipelines, KPIs, and team performance for reporting and improvement.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

-Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

-Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.

-Resolve escalated client concerns promptly and effectively.

-Ensure proper use of CRM tools and maintain accurate sales records.

-Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Key Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

-Minimum 1.5+ years of sales experience in the Tech / IT / SaaS / Solutions industry.

-At least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role.

-Strong knowledge of B2B and/or B2C sales processes, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

-Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

-Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
