Robotics Mentor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate demo sessions for children (7–15 years old)
• Explain basic robotics and STEM concepts in an easy-to-understand way
• Encourage student participation and curiosity during sessions
• Represent Growwtide’s values and energy in every session
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve session effectiveness

Requirements:

• STEM certification or formal STEM/Robotics education background
• Prior experience teaching or mentoring children (especially ages 7–15)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver sessions confidently in

  Hindi

  (preferred language)
• Familiarity with platforms like LEGO Mindstorms, VEX, Arduino, Scratch, etc. is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with both online and in-person delivery (if required)
