Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to spearhead the sales efforts within our automotive dealership. This role involves leading a team of Sales Consultants, driving sales targets, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. The Team Leader will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, managing customer escalations, and fostering a high-performance sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to achieve dealership sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and provide coaching.
Conduct sales meetings, forecast planning, and track campaign effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to Tata Motors SOPs and customer satisfaction standards.
Handle customer escalations, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to implement corrective actions.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to drive sales success.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in automobile sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
Proficiency in analytical and decision-making processes.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
