Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader – Call Centre
Function: Call Centre Operations

Working Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
• Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Minimum Education

• Graduate (Any discipline)

Work Experience

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years on paper experience as a Team Leader in a Call Centre setup.
• Preferred: Outbound Tele Sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Must have worked on dialer systems.

Industry Exposure Required

• Strong background in Outbound Tele Sales.
• Proven track record in team management and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in coaching, motivating, and performance managing sales teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate information clearly, accurately, and promptly to all sales team members.
• Track and maintain operational performance records for sales agents on a weekly basis.
• Manage and drive the sales team towards achieving performance and revenue targets.
• Monitor team performance on systems and ensure all metrics align with contractual obligations.
• Provide regular feedback and implement action plans for underperforming agents.
• Ensure a positive, motivating, and performance-driven team environment.

Experience Requirement

• Total Experience: 2 to 6 years in call centre sales.
• Team Leader Experience: Minimum 2 years on paper in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
