Job Description

1. TEAM LEADER· Experience – More than 10 years – 7 years in Indian Power Sector (Power Generation above 200MW Unit Capacity)· Qualification – B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical/Mech/C&I) with MBA or MTech. (Data Science Preferrable)· Certifications - PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management Certifications· Must have:o At least two Digital Transformation or ERP Implementation Projecto At least one AI/ML Based Project or Predictive Analytics Based Project· Experience Required – o Over 7 years of experience in the Indian Power Sector with comprehensive expertise in Operations and Maintenance.o At least 3 years of specialization in Digital Transformation, including ERP implementation/consulting, Data Analytics, and IT-OT Integration.o Latest technology related to Plant Performance Monitoring systems like PADO or OSI PI or AI/MML based APC improvement systems.o RFP Preparation for IT/OT or Digital Transformation or any Automation Projecto Knowledge of Project Management tools like Microsoft Projectso Knowledge of AS-IS report and TO-BE report preparation.o Experience of FAT, SAT and UAT of project development and delivery mechanism including handover.o Proven track record in Project Management, Contract Management, and execution of large-scale projects.o Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and client engagement oversight.· Travel – 30% of Time · Base Location – Uttar Pradesh· Roles and responsibilities: o Responsible for end-to-end project oversight, including managing deliverables and aligning team efforts with overall project objectives.o Ensures seamless execution across all project phases, coordinating activities and ensuring adherence to timelines.o Serves as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.o Leads the team in setting strategic direction and monitoring initiatives related to Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, and AI/ML integration.
