Manage and coordinate the workflow of editors, reviewers, and authors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of manuscripts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and maintain editorial policies, guidelines, and quality standards. Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback to team members. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, nurturing the professional growth and development of team members. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in scholarly publishing. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and publication guidelines, promoting integrity and academic rigor. Handle escalated issues and inquiries, maintaining a positive relationship with authors and reviewers. Continuously improve operational efficiency and streamline processes to enhance productivity and quality Preferred candidate profile Candidates with minimum 2 years of relevant experience can apply Familiarity with scientific publishing standards, peer review best practices, and ethical guidelines Prior experience working in online peer review system and manuscript screening Rich knowledge in the relevant subject background Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Collaborative team player with a commitment to professionalism and integrity in scientific research and publishing Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel are required Work Location : Chennai/Pondicherry/Trichy/Noida (It's based on candidate's preference)
