Team Leader – Academic Outreach & Marketing

Location: Multiple Locations – Ernakulam, Calicut, Malappuram, and nearby districts

About the Role:

Veeksha Education is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader who will play a key role in promoting our university-affiliated programs across colleges in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educational marketing, relationship-building, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges and secure appointments with Principals, Heads of Departments, and Coordinators.
• Present and promote Veeksha’s university-affiliated programs to institutions and students.
• Organize and coordinate seminars, awareness sessions, and campus presentations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with college authorities and student communities.
• Lead and motivate a small team to achieve outreach and enrollment targets.
• Conduct continuous follow-ups with interested students and institutions.
• Submit regular reports on outreach activities and performance outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing specialization preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proven leadership or marketing experience (preferably in the education sector).
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.

Compensation:

Attractive salary with travel allowance and performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
