Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall performance.
Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
Experience with CRM software and tools, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
