Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Team Leader-Operations in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience and a strong background in operations management, preferably in a customer service or BPO environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase quality and reduce costs.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
