Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and operations management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance the customer support process.
Coach and train team members to improve their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in a customer-facing environment.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools.
