Job Description

Handling a team of 20-30 Agent's. Meet the team shrinkages and attrition . Meet the team login hours AHT and Quality . RTM and training refresher. Take responsibility of entire floor. People management . Sharing important reports with clients as per their requirements. Break management . Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Delegate tasks and set deadlines. Oversee day-to-day operation. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Motivate team members. Meet overall AHT along with daily service level and answering level. Achieving all types of KRA and KPI assigned by client and management . Attended daily , weekly and monthly meeting with team leader and process manager and for feedback about the process. Taken responsibility of entire floor As SME. Handling higher escalation calls . Working on people and break management along with team leader.
