Team Leader Operations

As a Team Leader Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing a team within a KPO/BPO environment to ensure smooth daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team to meet performance targets and deliver high-quality service. - Monitoring team performance through key metrics and implementing necessary improvements. - Driving productivity, adhering to SLAs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. - Providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and process standards.
