Team Leader - Operations

You will be responsible for leading the Operations team in Chennai, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, productivity matrices, and quality standards. Your role will involve monitoring attendance, providing regular updates to resolve team issues, and conducting reviews with the team. It is essential to focus on retaining team members within agreed norms and improving their skill levels through self-development. As a Team Leader, you will manage, motivate, engage, and inspire team members to achieve higher levels of performance. Meeting SLAs and deliverables will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in Calibration audits and provide feedback reports. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) and possess domain competencies in Basics of Banking within the BFS sector.
