Team Leader - Operations

We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Team Leader – Operations who will oversee the daily operations of elder care services, coordinate care teams, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires mobility, and the candidate must be able to drive both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers for operational purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of field care teams.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources (caregivers, nurses, etc.) to client locations efficiently.
• Conduct regular visits to client sites to ensure service quality and gather feedback.
• Support in onboarding and training of field staff.
• Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and escalation of incidents.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle emergency situations, ensuring immediate response and resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, medical) for smooth service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare, MBA,BBA or Management background is a plus).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare, elder care, or service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
• Must possess a valid driving license for both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reporting tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
