Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly driven Team Leader Operation for our organization.
Responsibility:
· Strong Data Analysis Skills, Use of Technology around Data Analytics.
· Manage Team to deliver on Quality, Call productivity, Sales, & Shrinkage as per the defined benchmarks.
· Excellent Communication.
Criteria
· Dialer management.
· Outbound sales experience.
· Knowledge of Excel.
· Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage, SLA's.
Should have handled min 15 to 25 agents as team lead.
· Maintenance of the data records, meeting revenues & targets
