Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at Hyatt Regency, responsible for managing materials and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the procurement and distribution of materials.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet operational needs.
Maintain accurate records of material usage and inventory levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize material usage and reduce costs.
Supervise and train staff members on material handling procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of material management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
