Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Monday to Friday | 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
Work Type: Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site (No Work from Home)

About the Company
We are a growing international BPO based in Ahmedabad, providing voice-based customer support, sales, and process management services to clients in the US. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage performance-driven international voice campaigns.

Position: Team Leader – International Voice Process (Lead Generation/Customer Service)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 15–20 agents handling international voice campaigns
• Ensure achievement of team KPIs, including sales, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
• Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and team huddles regularly
• Generate and maintain accurate performance reports
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and training teams to improve overall efficiency
• Handle escalations and support frontline staff as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Age between 20 to 30 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO (voice process)
• Background in B2C campaigns such as telecom, utilities, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Proficient in tools like CRM platforms, dialers, and MS Excel
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working fixed night shifts (Monday to Friday)
• Willing to work on-site at our Ahmedabad (Bodakdev) office

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Important Notes:

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
• Fluency in both verbal and Written English is mandatory
• Freshers or candidates without relevant TL experience in BPOs will not be considered
• No Work-from-Home option available
