Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader based in Ernakulam. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, set goals, and ensure that targets are met. Responsibilities include supervising team members, providing training and development, conducting performance reviews, and implementing process improvements. The Team Leader will also be responsible for reporting to senior management, resolving issues, and maintaining a productive work environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
