Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations like as visits, sale, productivity, managing team performance, ensuring project completion, and fostering a positive work environment. The role involves coordinating with different departments, making team, providing training and support to team members, and reporting to higher management.

Qualifications

• Team management and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in real estate consultation and project management
• Ability to motivate and guide team members
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred
