Team Leader Inbound Call Centre

As a Team Leader at KANKEI Relationship Marketing Services Pvt Ltd, your role will involve leading a team of inbound call center agents in Mumbai. You will be responsible for managing customer queries, order issues, and product-related concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of agents handling inbound calls related to product information, order tracking, and customer complaints. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective call management and first-contact resolution. - Monitoring team performance, providing coaching, and conducting regular quality checks. - Training agents on product details, safety disclaimers, and customer communication best practices. - Handling escalated customer calls and ensuring timely resolution. - Generating performance reports and identifying trends to improve service delivery. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5 years of experience in a call center, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. - Experience in the food or FMCG sector is a strong advantage. - Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with CRM and call management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Genesys). - A proactive, team-first mindset with the ability to manage real-time call pressures.
