Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Team Leader – B2C Sales to lead a team of sales executives focused on student acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales skills, preferably with EdTech experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of B2C sales executives Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Monitor and improve team performance and productivity Train and mentor new team members Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for lead generation and conversion Prepare performance reports and share insights with leadership Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum 2–4 years of B2C sales experience - Prior experience in EdTech or high-volume sales preferred - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives - Career advancement in a fast-growing EdTech company - Dynamic and supportive team culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
