Our Vision

1. Maintain smooth functioning of hub processes, including sorting, scanning, packaging, and dispatching.
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
3. Enforce compliance with safety and operational protocols.
4. Implement strategies for process optimization, reducing delays, and minimizing operational costs.
5. Identify and address inefficiencies in hub operations.
6. Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations, ensuring timely delivery of shipments to customers.
7. Monitor and manage the performance of delivery agents/riders to maintain high productivity and adherence to company standards.
8. Manager and plan manpower of delivery agents.
9. Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction with delivery experiences.
10. Ensure accurate documentation and recording of incoming and outgoing shipments.
11. Track and analyze operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and hub turnaround time.
12. Prepare and submit regular operational reports to senior management.
13. Meet Cost, turnaround & timelines of targets of shipments.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelors degree (Any graduate)
• Proven work experience 5+ Years
• Flexibles on work timing & Shifts.
• Hands on MS Office.
