Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - HR Recruiter Team located in Rajkot. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the HR recruitment team, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring efficient personnel management. Daily tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, developing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and maintaining HR records. The Team Leader will also provide guidance and support to team members to achieve recruitment targets and enhance team performance.
