Motivate and guide your team to achieve individual and group sales targets. Provide consistent coaching and performance feedback to enhance productivity. Conduct regular meetings, skill development sessions, and business planning activities. Promote Tata AIA’s protection and savings solutions to meet customer needs. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and ethical business practices. Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and business partners.
