Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Team Leader - Home Loans. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the home loans team, ensure the accuracy of loan applications, guide clients through the loan process, and maintain excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring team members, implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.
